Provider and acceptance<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms are an agreement between Levi Levin, a personal coach registered as a self-employed business in Israel, business registration number 346825839, Hannah Szenes 55, Haifa, Israel, and each person who visits this website, creates an account, purchases a course or uses a service. By doing so, you accept these Terms and the <a href=\"\/en\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a>. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"eligibility\">2. Eligibility<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paid services are available to persons aged 18 or older and to persons legally authorized to enter into an agreement for a client. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for any authorized use by a younger person.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"accounts\">3. Accounts and social sign-in<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You must provide accurate information and keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. An account is personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred. Google or Facebook sign-in may be offered as a convenient way to create or access an account, but those providers operate under their own terms.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"courses\">4. Courses and services<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The website offers educational video courses, related materials and, where stated, personal coaching or feedback. The description, language, subtitles, included materials and price shown for a course at the time of purchase form part of the offer. Educational materials do not promise a particular personal, professional or financial result.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"access\">5. Course access<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless a course page states otherwise, a purchased course has no scheduled expiration date in the student&#8217;s account. This is referred to as lifetime access. Technical availability is guaranteed for at least three months from the purchase date. After that period, the intention is to continue access for as long as the course and platform are maintained, but no website, platform or course can be promised to operate forever.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reasonable changes may be made to hosting, presentation, lesson order, subtitles, files or technical delivery. If a course must be withdrawn during the guaranteed three-month period, an appropriate replacement, restoration or refund will be considered as required by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"payment\">6. Payment and refunds<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment is due in the amount and currency shown before checkout is completed. Card payments are processed by an external payment provider and are subject to its approval. Obvious errors in a price or description may be corrected, and a transaction affected by such an error may be cancelled and refunded.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refund requests are reviewed manually and individually. Send a request to <a href=\"mailto:levi@getreal-with.us\">levi@getreal-with.us<\/a> with your name, purchase email, course, purchase date, transaction reference if available, and the reason for the request. The decision and amount depend on the circumstances and applicable mandatory consumer law. Nothing in these Terms removes a cancellation, refund or remedy that the law does not allow the parties to exclude.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"intellectual-property\">7. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Course access is a limited, personal, non-transferable right to view and use the materials for your own learning. You may not copy, record, download unless a download is expressly provided, reproduce, publish, translate, redistribute, sell, sublicense, share or make course videos, subtitles, texts, images or files available to another person without written permission. All rights not expressly granted remain with Levi Levin or the relevant rights holder.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"acceptable-use\">8. Acceptable use<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may not interfere with the website, bypass access controls, attempt unauthorized access, collect information through automated means, introduce harmful code, misuse another person&#8217;s account, or use the website unlawfully. Access may be suspended where reasonably necessary to protect users, content or the service.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"nature\">9. Educational and coaching nature<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Courses and coaching are educational and developmental services. They are not medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, emergency assistance, legal advice or financial advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and should seek an appropriately qualified professional where your situation requires one.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"third-parties\">10. Availability and third-party services<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website secure and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. The website may depend on hosting, payment, video, email, Google, Facebook and other providers. Those services have their own terms and may change or become unavailable.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"liability\">11. Disclaimer and liability<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The website, courses and materials are provided on an &#8220;as is&#8221; and &#8220;as available&#8221; basis, subject to applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Levi Levin is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website or educational content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"changes\">12. Changes and governing law<\/h2>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms may be updated when the website or services change. Material changes will apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
