You can ask us to delete your website account and associated personal information. This page explains the shortest safe way to do that.
Deletion process
1. Send a request
Email levi@getreal-with.us from the address connected to your website account. Use the subject “Data deletion request” and include your name and the email address used on the website.
2. Confirm the request
To protect your account, we may send a confirmation message or ask for information reasonably necessary to verify that the request concerns you. Do not send a password, full payment-card number or identity document unless a secure and necessary verification method has first been agreed.
3. What will be deleted
After verification, we will delete or anonymize the website account, profile information, social-login connection and course activity that are not required to be retained. Deletion ends access to purchased courses and normally cannot be reversed.
4. What may be retained
Transaction, tax, accounting, security or legal records may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal claims. Backup copies may remain until they are replaced in the ordinary backup cycle and will not be restored for ordinary use after a valid deletion request.
5. Google and Facebook
Deleting the website account removes its connection to the social-login provider, but it does not delete your Google or Facebook account. You can also revoke the website’s access in the security settings of the relevant provider.
