1. Who is responsible for your information
Levi Levin, a personal coach registered as a self-employed business in Israel, business registration number 346825839, Hannah Szenes 55, Haifa, Israel, is the controller of personal information collected through this website and the courses and services offered through it. You can contact Levi at levi@getreal-with.us. This Privacy Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions.
2. Information we collect
We may collect information that you provide when you create an account, enroll in or purchase a course, complete course activities, contact us, request support or use personal coaching services. This may include your name, username, email address, profile image, messages, assignments, answers, course progress, enrollment history, transaction references and information needed to issue receipts.
We also receive technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as IP address, browser and device information, login times, security events and data associated with essential cookies.
3. Google and Facebook sign-in
If you choose social sign-in, the provider may send us a provider-specific identifier and, depending on your provider settings and consent, your name, email address and profile image. The website uses this information to create or connect your account and let you sign in. The social provider may also process information about the authentication request under its own privacy policy. You can review the Google Privacy Policy and the Meta Privacy Policy.
Social sign-in is optional. Where ordinary WordPress login is available, you may use it instead. Disconnecting or deleting your website account does not delete your Google or Facebook account.
4. Why we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide courses and coaching, remember course progress, respond to messages, process purchases and refunds, issue receipts, prevent abuse, maintain the website and comply with legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your address for newsletters or other direct marketing unless you separately ask to receive them or give a separate consent.
Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on performance of a contract, steps requested before entering into a contract, compliance with law, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or your consent where consent is required.
5. Payments
Payments are handled by the payment provider shown during checkout. The website may receive your name, email address, amount, currency, payment status and transaction reference. Full payment-card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by this website.
6. Service providers and international processing
Information may be processed by hosting, email, payment, accounting, authentication, security and technology providers only as needed to operate the website and services. Some providers may process information outside Israel or your country. Where required, reasonable contractual and technical safeguards are used. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, a court order, or to protect legal rights or safety.
7. Cookies and external content
Essential cookies and similar technologies are used for login, language selection, account security and basic website operation. The website does not intentionally use advertising cookies. Embedded video, social-login and other external services may process information or set their own technologies when you interact with them. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies. You can control cookies through your browser, although account and course features may then stop working correctly.
8. Retention and security
Account information and course progress are normally kept while your account and course access remain active. Payment and accounting records may be retained for the period required by law. Security logs are retained only as reasonably necessary for protection and troubleshooting. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
9. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask what personal information is held about you and request access, correction, export or deletion. You may withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. Some information may be retained where needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, legal claims or another legal obligation.

10. Children
Paid services are intended for adults aged 18 or older. A younger person may use the website only with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.
